Igor Jablokov is the Chairman and Founder of Pryon. He previously founded Yap, the
first cloud platform for voice recognition, which later became Amazon’s first AI-related
acquisition and formed the foundation for Alexa. At IBM, Igor led the team behind the
precursor to Watson. A Truman Fellow and TechStars mentor, Igor champions STEM
education and innovation, serving as a mentor in TechStars’ Alexa Accelerator. He
holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from UNC.
