Tom is a veteran of building business between SMEs/startups and enterprise organizations, having worked at and with tech companies since 2012. For the last six years, he's been a key business team member of two ML-focused automotive startups, one of which was acquired by Bosch in 2022.

Now working at the intersection of AI's tech and business needs for a Swedish data platform company, his presentation will focus on how to bridge the requirements of technical and commercial realities when developing data-defined ML systems.
